User responsibilities
- Provide accurate information when requesting an appointment, clinician review or blood help.
- Do not upload another person’s private medical photo without appropriate permission.
- Do not impersonate a clinician or submit false professional credentials.
- Do not use the platform to sell prescription medicines or provide unsafe medical advice.
Clinician verification
A verification badge should be granted only after the platform administrator checks the professional registration information against an appropriate official source.
